Periodically, the budget and other financial reports have to be adjusted to the current spending, prior trends, and future spending and needs. It is not uncommon for accounting changes to occur during the course of the year.

Recently the report figures were adjusted to show receipt of a generous donation by a foundation to support some changes in the school building. The foundation has specified the spending of the funds is for the school. Because of this the reporting of the funds has been moved from the Church income (0503) to the School income (0703). The spending, however, will be seen in the Church expense (5988 Capital Improvements) because it is building capital improvements.
