Knights Of Columbus

K of C Homeless Support

The Knights of Columbus are starting a new program to support our brothers and sisters who experience homelessness. We will be holding collections the 3rd weekend of each month after all masses. Baskets will be in the tower entrances and members of the KofC will be there after all the masses. Please bring only specific items requested for the month.

Items will be distributed in Detroit through the following ministries:

  • PBJ Ministries (predominantly men)
  • St. Dominics Outreach Center (men, women and children)
  • Deo Gratias (men, women and children)

Items to be collected on October 20th: WINTER HATS

Thank you for your support

About our Council.

The Knights of Columbus Council 4064 is part of the largest lay Catholic family fraternal service organization in the world (more than 1.8 million members). At St. William Parish we currently have about 140 members. As Knights, we strive to end the Culture of Death while recreating the Culture of Life. We promote Right-to-Life activities, conduct an annual Tootsie Roll Drive for the mentally impaired, and support the work of both the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Hospitality House. We are a socially active group, as well as providing service and support to organizations throughout the Parish.

Meeting Schedule:
1st and 3rd Mondays of each month.

Membership:
Men who wish to become members must be Catholics in good standing and at least 18 years old.

Contact:
Contact Todd Diffenderfer at 248-881-3132 or talk to one of the Knights during the breakfast that we offer to the Parish after the 10:00 Mass on the first Sunday of each month.
